unable to change accountsetting

unable to change accountsetting

hi,

 

i want to change my accountsettings but when i want to save them it tells me that "there is already another account registered with this e-mailadress".

what's going on?

 

i'm using spotify without problems for about 3 years now,i don't have a facebookaccount and use my spotify login.

@ronalds Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

This error message generally means you have a duplicate/ghost account in the login system - it happens sometimes. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to swiftly get the extra account deleted for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
