My Question or Issue

 Spotify kept playing, draining battery.  I uninstalled and tried to reinstall.  When I logged in with my account and password it said it doesn't match.  The help didn't take me anywhere.  When I tried to set up as a new customer It said that accout was already used.

I went to spotify on my computer and hit the button to close all open devices.  Then tried numberous times to reinstall.  All of a sudden one of them took.  Don't know why, or if I did something different that time.
