unblock page not found

My account was compromised and the people messed with my playlists and blocked people. they contacted support and blocked my friend now i got it back but when I try to unblock it says page not found. I cannot unblock my friend please help as spotify support is not helping or understanding 😞 i just wanna unblock them...

Thanks for reaching out.

You should be able to unblock them by heading to Blocked menu in the Spotify mobile app settings by going to Settings > Privacy & Social > Blocked.

I can`t because they contacted support and messed with all my stuff it doesnt show them there. It says no users are blocked there.... what do i do....

Can you please ask your friend to check their Blocked menu settings as well? It would be also great if they can check if they're able to access your profile.
