second account can´t log in - only log in with admin account possible

Thanks for posting this thread!

 

In order to get a better understanding of the situation, it'd be very helpful if you could give us some more details such as if the person sees any error messages for example.

 

You mentioned that the Duo member was logged out from an iPhone. If it wasn't them then it's possible that the system did this in order to secure the account and in this situation, they'd have to reset their password.

 

On another note, if they don't remember their credentials, they can also head over to this help article with steps on how to check for other Spotify accounts.
