Would you be so kind to try it once more please? Just select Account > I want to close my Spotify Account permanently > and then click the I Still Need Help button.

hello! need to close the account that i one mistakenly connected to my mothers facebook account.  But i dont know the password, also the hotmail address is not available and verification mails can not be viewed. I tried several times to send but doesnt work.  As i don't know the password, its not possible to add a new email address. Also tried on my mothers facebook account to change mail, connect, disconnect and connect again.... What should i do?  thank you.
