I would much appreciate advice as the person who got me going on Spotify is no longer with us. The problem is I have neither user id or password recollection .I was put on the three month trial at 99p to be followed in March by automatic withdrawal of £9.99 per month and i dont wish to continue. I am an elderly person and it is worrying me. Please help. Gordon
