why am i being charged and dont even have premium?

Hi iv been charged $12.99 twice in the past two months and dont even have spotify premium its the free version i cant cancel anything on my account because nothing comes up can you just refund my money and delete my card?

Looks like you're being charged from the AppStore.

To stop the AppStore subscription follow these steps:

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. tap on iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap on your Apple ID at the top.
4. Choose View Apple ID from the popup menu.
5. Enter your password when prompted and tap on OK.
6. Tap on Manage under Subscriptions .
7. Tap on the name of the subscription you'd like to cancel or modify.
8. Turn the Auto-Renewal option to Off.

If you'd like a refund, contact support here.

They will determine your elegibility for a refund.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
