why cant i delete my account…i followed all the steps but its not deleting.

i followed all the steps, except when i try to press the button on the email it doesn’t do anything…and my accounts isn’t deleting.

Do you get any error when this happens? If so, what does it say? In any case, consider trying to open the link in an incognito window and on various devices. That should help avoid any issues that may be causing it.

What do you mean by this exactly? That you've been trying to delete your account for 2 years without success or that you think you'v deleted it 2 years ago but are still getting charged? 

In either case, due to the nature of the issue and because we cannot directly access accounts here on the Community, you can reach out to our support team and they will gladly assist you further. When doing so, make sure to have all your payment and account info on hand, as those will be necessary for search and verification.
