Hey guys, 

 

So today I bought premium through one of my email accounts, which held what I thought was my current and most frequently used accounts. Long story short I signed onto the free month subscription, realised my mistake and cancelled it. After which I moved into the correct email/spotify account to upgrade to premium with that account. Everytime I try to upgrade to premium in the account that I wish too. It says that i cant get it due to already having signd onto something similar. How can I get premium if it wont let me pay? Do I have to wait until my free period runs out so I can get the deal again? 

 

Please help..

If a 30-day free trial was activated, the same payment method can't be used to activate another one on a different account. You can use another card or an alternative payment method like PayPal.
