After Bluetooth call it will not play music until I restart the app

Thanks for posting in the Community.

You mentioned a few devices in your post, does the same experience occur on all of them with their respective apps and a Bluetooth call?

When the call ends, are you able to pull up the Spotify app from the background or it has crashed?

Let's perform a clean reinstall of the app, just to be sure you're running a clean installation. Here is how to do it.
