My Question or Issue

The music stops after few seconds (from 10 to 30 aproximately). I've already checked battery options, cleared cache, uninstalled and installed the app. It is completly unuseless...

Thanks for the reply.

 

If you're not the owner of the Premium Family plan it's a lot easier. All your son needs to do is send an invite to the email address of your new account, so that you can gain access to Premium features again 🙂

 

He can then remove your old account from the plan.

Thank you, I followed your indications and actually everithing is performing well using a new account inside Premim Family plan.

Thanks for sharing what troubleshooting you've done so far.

 

Can you check if the app behaves the same way if you log in with a different account? You can ask a friend/family member to log in with theirs or create a free test account.

 

Also, does this happen on a different network?

Hi Alex, I've tried to access with a free account and everything works perfectly: I can listen to music without any interruption. The problem is that I'm actually paying a Premium Family account that is not working...do you have any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply.

 

Sometimes accounts get broken and certain features stop working. In those cases it's best if you transfer your music collection over to a new account which is working. You can follow the instructions in this Guide for more info on that.

 

First of all, I'd recommend you use the free account for a day or two just to make sure everything is working fine. You can also ask one of your Family members to log in with theirs on your device to make sure that works fine too.

 

It's not possible to change the owner of your Premium for Family plan directly. The current owner would first need to cancel. Then, when all accounts revert to the free, ad-supported service at the next billing date, a new owner can start a new plan.

Ok, till now everything is working fine, using a free plan. As the owner of our Premium Family plan isn't me but my son, do you think it would work if I will cancel only my previous personal account, then make him invite me using my new account (the one I'm using for the free plan) to join the family plan? Just to avoid canceling their actual acconts. They actually do not have any issues to listen music from their own devices. Thanks for your support!
