I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

Tengo el mismo problema, no me funcionan las listas en la App, en en servicio Web funciona perfectamente, he reinstalado la App 3 veces de forma limpia total y comprobado y guardado que mi ubicación estaba correcta en mi cuenta.

Hi, the location I have in spotify is my real location and I did a clean reinstall and everything, the issue is still there. I am not using any premium apks or vpns and I had never been a premium user.

Ho fatto di tutto... Eliminare la cache, eliminare i dati, disinstallare l'app, cancellare i dati residui e poi reinstallare tutto ma il problema persiste ancora. Sabato avevo avuto lo stesso problema ma sembrava si fosse risolto ma da ieri lo ho di nuovo...
Da oggi non ho più neanche i miei preferiti 😭😭😭😭 oltre 400 brani spariti completamente... Non mi funziona nulla né musica né podcast.
Io ho un Honor con versione Android 15 e la versione che mi sta creando problemi è la 9.0.50.416 versione rilasciata il 02.06.25.

My Question or Issue: All playlists are empty and can't play any song any way. Attempted to reinstall, clear cache, checked region but nothing works and I physically am unable to play any song. Has been ongoing for a few days.

Spotify doesn't play any playlist or song since this morning, shows all the playlist empty and doesn't show the songs at all. However if I try with another account everything works normally.

But when i share the playlist it sais that it has the songs in it.

التطبيق لا يعمل كلما حاولت الاستماع إلى الموسيقى لا توجد موسيقى الاستماع إليها ولا حتى قوائم تشغيل لا تعمل لدي مع أن إصدار التطبيق هو آخر إصدار ولا يوجد تحديث وجربت حذف التطبيق ثم إعادة تنزيله وايضًا لا يعمل!
عندما افتح قائمة تشغيل يظهر لي "عد إلى الصفحة الرئيسية لمشاهدة قوائم تشغيل مخصصة لك" .
