To whom it may concern,

 

I have had a premium subscription for 5 years now and until recently I have had nothing but possitive things to say about Spotify. That's completely changed now. I can't listen to the music I've downloaded nor streaming unless my phone is on and the app is open to the song I'm listening to, as soon as I shut off my phone the music stops.. I can't connect my spotify to my Sonos, and I am having troubles when I try and remove songs from my playlist. I'm trying to be patient , hoping these issues will be fixed but nothing has been done so far. If this trend continues I'm ending my subscription.
