[Android][Other] Can't log in. Says "You are currently set to offline"

I set Spotify to offline mode, and I accidentally got logged out. Now when I'm trying to log back in, I get an error message saying, "You are currently set to offline," and there are two options; one is "connect" while the other is "cancel." I pressed the Connect button, and the same message pops up. I do not know what to do anymore.

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on your phone?

We'd suggest that you try with a different internet connection first to check if that makes the difference.

If the issue persists after that, we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall following these specific steps to get rid of any cached files that might be causing this.
