[Android] Saved Artists not loading

Since about September last year, various times I have tried to open an artists aage from my saved list, I end up with a blank screen (examples in attachments). This only occurs with artists that I have saved/liked songs and albums of (so if I'm just following them and it takes me to their spotify page, that's fine), and it does not happen with all of them, but after each update it seems to affect more and more of my saved artists.

I'm using it on Android 8.1.0 on a Motorola Moto G5s phone, I've tried restarting the phone. Holding off on an attempted reinstall, I don't know if that would be worth it yet
