[Android] Songs cutting out early and no button to watch video ad

Hi all,

I'm running Spotify on a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact with Android Lollipop.

For some reason, everytime an ad plays it comes on early, stopping my song early and sometimes halfway through.

I also have an issue where with the "watch now for 30 minutes of free listening" ad, after fumbling to get my phone out of my pocket, I open the app to find there is no watch or play button anywhere. Previously I hadn't minded watching them and it's only after stopping a subscription I'm having these issues (obviously).

Just wondering if anyone else had seen these issues and whether there's anything I can do.

Yeah I no longer have the Watch Ad button anymore!

I found if it's an ad that I can go to fullscreen mode, it seems to recognise that I've watched the ad at that point. But this does not work for all ads.
