Hey there @PurpleFan,
Thanks for your reply.
We took a closer look and it looks like there's not an actual issue with the app - that's how it looks like on that device, as the display can vary between devices.
However, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us and will make sure to pass it onto the right team, as we always strive to improve your experience.
Additionally, we suggest that you keep the device's software and the Spotify app up to date so you don't miss out on any updates or improvements.

Hey @PurpleFan,
Thanks for reaching out!
Is the UI small for Spotify only or are all apps affected? Is you Android Auto app up to date on your mobile device?
It would be very helpful if you could send us a photo of what you see on the Nippon screen as well 🙂
We'll be on the lookout for your reply 🙌🏼
Hi, it's seems only for Spotify UI.
i don't use Android Auto, i use Apple Carplay and there it's looks fine.
i will try to provide screenshot hopefully by EOD 🙂
@vasil,
PSB
maybe it's only me but it's looks not so good with my eye - i would expected it's will fill more the screen (the Player for example)

My Question or Issue
Header image has wrong size (looks like fullscreen but cropped) when my Favorites mix is played. With some combination of header image is even not possible to see control elements (like play/pause, previous/next song, etc.).
The same songs has correct size of header image when they are played in Daily Mix playlists.
How this can be fixed?
For example attached pictures of song from same band (Mirai) and album (Konnichiwa) - once played from Favorites and once in Daily Mix 1.
You added 1 short paragraph into a canned answer and want people to accept that?
It's almost 2024 - and your tablet Android application is unsuitable for higher-resolution Android headunits. It might be fine on a display from 2020 - but things have advanced since then and your app has not. Buttons too small, text too small, difficult to use in an automotive environment. People will have accidents due to this interface - that's not an if - it's a when.
How about getting with it - your competitors have. You're throwing away market share by not providing a suitable Android vehicle native interface. You CAN do it - since your Android-Auto interface has done it. I prefer to use native apps on the headunit and not have the battery eating Android-Auto link draining my phone battery.
Go poke the guys in programming or product planning - bet they can come up with an idea IF they know it's an issue.
This. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I am having the same issue and it is hugely unsafe with an Android head unit on the road. There should be a simple feature to increase the text and button size for accessibility in the Spotify app settings.
Marking this as "Solved" is really bogus - says that Spotify is happy to take your money, but doesn't really care about their users. Blaming it on the display, when displays ARE getting higher and higher resolution is bogus.
Mark this UNSOLVED!

On another note, @Bbaraka, we removed one of your replies because it was just the same message but posted twice.

On mine the recent Spotify update killed it. Allwinner T3 in Montero. Playlist never load, just spinng circle.
Uninstall, reinstall, cache delete, tried everything. Doesn't work since the September 2024 update.
