Anyone know how to contact Spotify directly when the community can't help?

I would like to get help from an actual Spotify customer service assistant. Anyone know how to contact them because I can't find a way to do it that I understand?

To begin with, if you can't find a song, album, playlist, or Podcast episode on Spotify is most likely because it's not available at the moment. You see, all the content we have varies over time and between countries. It all depends on permissions from rights holders. We add new content every day, so if you can’t find something, it may appear (or reappear) soon.
