App Not Loading

App Not Loading

My Question or Issue

I have an android and Spotify worked this morning but not loading this afternoon (May 15th). I made sure it was updated on my phone, made sure my phone was updated, restarted my phone, restarted the app, even deleted and re-downloaded the app but it still isn't loading at all. 

Any suggestions?

Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you’ve tried so far. We can see you’ve already done most of the usual troubleshooting, so kudos for that.


To help us narrow this down, could you let us know:

  • What happens exactly when you open the app (e.g. stuck on the logo, black screen, app closing immediately)?
  • Your phone model, Android version, and Spotify app version.
  • Whether you see the same behavior on Wi‑Fi vs mobile data.

If possible, try logging in with a different Spotify account on the same device, or your account on a different device, to see if the issue follows the device or the account. If you haven't tried a clean reinstall, please do this as well using these steps.

 

If the app still won’t load after this, a short screen recording or screenshot of what you’re seeing would really help us pinpoint what’s going wrong.
