App always offline even when 3g,

I've been using spotify for almost a year now, I love it but for the past 2 months the app has been acting up. On my Tablet it switches between online and offline constantly, I tried to install and it worked until I closed the app I have Ice cream sandwich. Now my phone is doing the same thing, it's a galaxy S Vibrant, froyo. always in oflline mode, I'm very very frustrated and could use some help.
