My Question or Issue

I have notifications set for my followed podcasts, as well as checking my Spotify regularly through the day on days I know an episode is due. However, they never show up- until the next day. I thought it was a fluke the first few times, but when I was excitedly waiting for an episode Friday morning, it never came. Only today, on Saturday, was I able to see the newest episode that was apparently uploaded "yesterday." I've tried deleting and redownloading, I've restarted my phone twice, and I am just not sure what else to do.

This is quite odd. Can you try turning all the notifications off and then on again and seeing if that changes the behaviour? Info on that here. Also, does this happen with all podcasts or only specific ones?
