yes. just had a thought... if i'm still signed in on my old phone could that be the reason i'm not getting the premium benefits?
That wouldn't matter. If your account overview shows an active premium subscription, you may just need to log out and make sure you sign back in with the correct credentials.

Same issue here as well. I signed up for the free trial yesterday and plan to pay monthly as long as it works out well (dropped Pandora in light of the price hike).
So far my experience has been horrible.
My account shows my premium status in the link provided. When I launch the spotify app on my phone, about half the time I can select tracks to play and the other half of the time I only have the option to shuffle.
I have reinstalled and cleared data multiple times. Each time a reinstall seems to remedy the issue the first time I launch the app...however when I go back to it I am prompted to log in again and am once again showing only non-premium features.
I am grateful that there is a 30 day free trial with no obliagation as there is no way I would pay 10 bucks a month for this with so many other competitors out there.
