Syncing error

Solved!

Syncing error

Everytime I try to sync my one and only playlist, this same message appears: Syncing error, Unknown error. Also syncing doesn't happen with my computer. My phone is brand new Samsung galaxy S4 Mini. I have tons of free space, I've tried to turn on 2/3G, Wlan, available offline etc..

Please help!

I've done some maintenance in your account.

Can you now try to sync your Spotify?

Hi. That should fix itself with a reinstallation. Shout if you still have problems.

Hi, I have tried to log out and reinstall spotify app numerous times. So no help from that.

OK. let's check some other stuff. Does the playlist contain just local files (music you own) or spotify content?

My last phone was Samsung Galaxy S2, and it was the only device where i used spotify.  Today I logged into desktop app for the first time and message "There was a problem with a spotify server" keeps appearing when "available offline" is clicked in playlist section. And whatsoever, nothing from my computer wasn't downloaded to my old phone.

Noup, nothings different... Sorry xD

Does your phone have an SD card in it? As a test, does it work without the SD card?

And Peter, earlier it didn't matter whether the sd card was in or out.
