App on Galaxy S3 not playing songs continuously.

I'm getting very frustrated, and I've tried all the tips I've found through these message boards. No matter what I do songs will not play continuously through my new phone using my playlists or radio. This is a pain, and I know other people are having the same issue on multiple platforms. I am 30 days away from canceling my subscription and recommending friends and family to do the same.
