App play/pause/change music by itself when connected with headphone

My Question or Issue

In the recent week i've been experiencing some weird behavior from the app. Out of nowhere (still couldn't find some action on my phone that could be related) the app started to change my songs completely ramdomly, also pausing and playing without any particular pattern or association with other app activity, all that when the screen was locked (at the beggining) then a few days after I noticed that a notification from Google would appear when the problem started, it is related to the use of a wired headset to do some actions on the phone. I already tried to block every voice command available on the Google Now app but nothing seemed to work. I also disabled everything possible from the Google Assistant and didn't had any success. It only happens when my headphone is connected.

I'd like to know if someone already experienced this kind of trouble
