How to keep SD card as primary storage persistent

Hey @arkaynine,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

You'll have to dig into the battery/memory optimization settings to see if there are any that optimize the memory at boot or similar.

The main reason for this behavior is that the SD card service on your phone boots just a tiny bit later than the Spotify app SD card service. This is why Spotify defaults to the internal storage, because it can't find the SD card. This should be regulated in a setting somewhere, but can't tell you the exact place for tour device.

After I updated the app via Play Store, the download storage unknowingly switched to Internal Memory, instead of keeping it on previous setting (SD Card), so the already downloaded music aren't registered as downloaded (sucked tons of data cuz i didn't know). Then when I switched it back to SD card, it forcefully deleted all my downloads, bcs the app didn't recognize these downloaded datas are theirs, like 20+ gigs of it. **bleep**ing stupid.

Is there any way for it to not automatically wipe downloaded musics when i switch it back to sd card? Cus it sucks as heck if i need to keep re downloading tons of schites everytime it switched outta sd card.
