My Question or Issue

Since an update 3 days ago Spotify won't open on my phone. Restarted the phone, force quit Spotify and reinstalled Spotify, same issue

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting this thread.

 

You mentioned some TS steps including a reinstall which is great, but just to be on the safe side I recommend giving Spotify a clean reinstall with these steps if you've not done this already. It's more detailed than a regular one and includes clearing the cache.

 

If there's no difference it would be very helpful if you could give us some more info on what's happening and if you're seeing any error messages for example, or if the app won't load and shows a black screen.

 

If it's possible you could also test with a different network connection (mobile data shared via another device or another WiFi network).
