Artist list not loading Android Auto

When I attempt to view the artist list through Android Auto, it never loads and eventually goes back to the main screen. It does this in the downloaded artist list as well. I've tried reinstalling the app and storing everything on an SD card, that doesn't seem to work either. Anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?

I'm encountering the same problem now. Did you manage to solve it somehow?

I unfollowed a bunch of artists that I didn't have any saved music for on
my phone and it seems to have fixed that.
