Available offline content has disappeared on me twice

Getting really frustrated, Spotify 😞 In the last month, Spotify has crashed on me twice, and when the app relaunches all of my "available offline" content has been deleted from my phone (or Spotify can no longer find it). I'm still logged in, all my playlists and music is still there, but none of the "available offline" content that I downloaded is actually available offline anymore. I rely very heavily on that feature at the gym, since there's no wifi there -- and of course, this has happened twice when I was at the gym, leaving me musicless.
