Big delay between minimising Spotify and the music controls appearing in the notification shade?

Why is there a good two second delay between the Spotify app minimising and the music controls appearing in the notifications shade (i.e. the place where notifications go)? Other music apps don't have this issue - the controls appear literally staright away.

I have tried it on multiple devices and they all experience this.

On my device it takes 2,5 seconds ???

Yes i know this too and i can only say that the connect feature is a new one at spotify so i think this will get optimized in the next few updates.. But anyway... Youtube has a much bigger delay between mobile and smart tv 😄

I Hope this will get optimized as soon as possible 😉
