I'm a premium family acct owner. I logged out of my main account on my mobile phone app and spotify never opened again. It would just stay on its logo. I tried troubleshooting everyday for a week - clear cache, clear data, force stop, even updating/ clean reinstalling it did not work! Please fix it.

We appreciate the troubleshooting you've done so far, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use these steps for a clean reinstall? They are more thorough than a regular one. That way you can make sure the cache is not causing this issue. If the issue persists, could you confirm if you have a SD card on your device? If so, would you mind removing it from the phone to see if it makes any difference? Lastly, to continue investigating your case, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of your device. We’ll be on the lookout.
