My Question or Issue

Whenever I turn on Bluetooth on my phone to listen to some music using my headphones, the Stations app turns on and pops up automatically. I close it, start Spotify, listen to some music for a few minutes, but the Stations app pops up again and pauses my music, I don't know why. As you can see on my screenshot, both apps are ON, and the music is paused. How to prevent this?

Hey @Nabuko,

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here.

Could you let us know if the same behavior occurs after a clean reinstall of both apps? You can follow this guide here. This will get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing such issues. It's that doesn't fix things, you can unpair your headphones and then connect them again. This will build the connection between the devices anew from the ground up.

It's also worthwhile to check the setting on your phone for autostart of apps when connecting to a Bluetooth device. You can consult the manufacturer on how to do this.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted on how it goes.
