If you see two recent payments on your end, it is possible, that you have two subscriptions on separate accounts. You can use the steps from this FAQ page to check if this is the case.
It is also worth checking the receipts page on your account, where you can see when the last payments for the subscription on the account have been made. Here is a link to that page.
