music wont download

i had playlists downloaded but then i noticed that the new songs are not getting downladed. i have enough storage and when i start the download nothing is getting downloaded. i did anything what people said online but notting worked

The issue you're describing is resolved most of the times after performing a clean reinstall of the app. Could you give it a try as described here?

If the issue still persists, we'd need you to try a different internet connection and tell us the brand/model and operating system of your device.
