Bug when displaying the User Name of a playlist creator

My Question or Issue

When playing a playlist I have created, my unique Profile Name (combination of numbers and letters) is shown instead of the User Name I defined.

This may happen if a user has created their account by signing in with Facebook and then disabled the data exchange (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/Spotify-username-only-shows-up-as-numbers/m-p/46016...).

Does this problem seem to appear to every playlist?

I didn't sign in with Facebook nor have I connected any Facebook account. The error occurs with every playlist, but other functions using the user created profile name seem to work (e. g. the name under the Release Rader playlist).
