Spotify username only shows up as numbers?

My Question or Issue

I recently downloaded Spotify on my work computer, and used Facebook to log into my account. Later on, I logged out of Facebook on that computer. Shortly afterward, my username started displaying on that computer as a bunch of numbers, instead of my real name. This problem has carried over to my personal laptop, even though I'm still logged into Facebook on that computer. I've tried logging out of Spotify and back in on both computers, but my name continues to display as a string of numbers. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hey @lynstrumental

I suggest checking out your privacy settings which you can see here, on your Spotify account.

Make sure the switch for processing Facebook data is turned green. 🙂

You can also try turning it off and back on.

The changes may take about a day to kick in.
