Bug with title bar

When scrolling through a playlist, if a song element is hidden under the title bar it is still selectable by tapping the playlist title. This can prove burdensome if a user mis-touches when trying to select the options button next to the playlist title.

Expected Behavior:

Touching playlist title should do nothing unless long pressed or options button pressed

Actual Behavior:

Song underneath element is selected and played

To repeat this:

1. Open a playlist
2. Scroll down so that a song element is hidden beneath the playlist title
3. Tap the playlist title
4. Song underneath the title will now play
