Can not see messages from app

I can not see my messages from android app. If i send a message from desktop app, i only see it from desktop apps. Not from mobile app 😕 And id I send it from my mobile app, i can not see that message from anywhere! All lost! I need to ask my friend "did you get my message" cause i'm never sure.

I'm only able to see a person's message on Android if it's accompanied by a song. And even then, there doesn't seem to be an option to respond.
