Can't Add Cover Image On Android (Outdated Version?)

My Question or Issue

I have recently attempted to make an edit to the cover image of my spotify playlist on my phone. However, it seems like my version is out of date or something. Many of the online guides tell me to select the three dots in the playlist and click edit. However edit is not an option in the three dots and rather is an option right below the image of the playlist itself. And when I do click on it, it does not give me an option to change the cover image. There was no available update and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Is there any fix for this?

It's not possible to personalize your playlist covers on a mobile device. Currently, you're able to personalize playlist covers on a Web Player or the Spotify app for desktop. There's more information and steps on how to do this here.
