Can't change storage location

Spotify no longer allows me to change the location of where to store my offilne music library.

I recently updated my android device to Oreo and since then I can no longer do this.

I have tried various solutions such as reinstalling the app, clearing data/cache and manually making a folder in my external storage but alas I cannot get it to work.

Any help would be apprectated!
