Can't connect to devices it just shows help

When I click on "Devices Available" all I get is the help information it won't actually show me a list of devices. I've never had trouble connecting to my Chromecast before and other apps work fine but Spotify just decided (after a recent update maybe?) to stop showing me the list. I can't get past this help menu wall when I go into "Devices Available."

Bump still having this issue.  Come on Spotify support help me out here.

Stillllllll having this problem it's preventing me from connecting to my Chromecast.....
