Can't download to SD card

Hi there. 

I just recognized, that my internal storage is full, because all my music was downloaded there. I checked the settings on the phone, and the default place is he memory card for downloads.

Within the app there's no option to choose the place for download.  There is the option for clearing the cash memory but that's all.  How can I place my dowloaded music, to the SD card and how could I install the app, if it is possible to the SD card?

Thanks for reaching out to us!  

Bear in mind it's not possible to install the app on or move it to the SD card. The cache however can be relocated.

Try the following steps: 

1. Enable permission for storage option for Spotify. This can be accessed by going to Settings>Apps>Spotify>Permissions>Storage.

2. Do a clean reinstall as explained here. Then the cache should be created on the external card.
