Can't load artist page and other pages

I can play never played songs.

I have a wifi connection, a pretty good one, i have acess in other apps. Also if i use mobile data, I also have the same thing.

The thing is: the artist link is grey and can't go into.

Sometimes this back to normal, but from time to time this issue happen. 

 I really hate to post this thing here, because I think fuctionallity like this must work wonderful no matter what.

Also how can I reach spotify support, i don't think this must be answered by users.

Also I suggest the disable of captcha since I pay for the service and i'm logged in.
