When ever I try to log into my Spotify app on my new phone a message saying something went wrong pops up

 

I have tried everything, including clearing cache, trying older versions, changing region and restarting my device.I can log in with my old phone and using the web

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? 

 

If that doesn't help, try resetting your password once more here. You can write your passcode down so you don't forget.
