Can't play local files on my Samsung Galaxy S7

Hello users,

I have some music that is now on Spotify. 

However when i put the songs in my local files and download them, i can only listen to them on my desktop. I tried some things but can't seem to download them on my phone. If anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it.

i think you need to move the songs actually to your phone. there are several ways to do this. depending on where you got the songs. If they are on your computer, you can use a usb cable (your charger) to connect your phone to the computer. then you can move the music files manually to your device.
