Can't receive phone calls when using Spotify in my car

My Question or Issue

Whenever I use Spotify in my car and a call comes in, the music will stop for a second then continue playing. My ringtone didn't play and there was nothing on my phone's screen either. I didn't even get the chance to answer or reject the call.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. I'd also recommend to update to iOS 12.4.1 and check if you have Do Not Disburd on 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
