Can't save playlists to SD-card

My Question or Issue

 So after this new update with the new layout and everything the option to download all my songs and playlists seems to have disappeared. Is it just temporary, is it just me, or has that option been removed? I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the option isn't there.

I used to have that layout in the video, but with the update it's gone. So it seems like they've removed that feature in this new update or something.
