Can't see my own profile

Hi, I need your help because I have a problem with my Spotify account. I used to have an account that I closed, to create a new one with the same email address. The first day was okay, but since 2 weeks I can't see my profile, I don't even have the profile icon to click on (on my Spotify application) I tried every solution that I found but nothing worked, even with the new updates, can somebody help me please?
