Spotify only works on Wi-Fi

I have been trying out Spotify for free to see if I liked it. On Friday I decided to pay for a premium account and now the app only works on Wi-Fi, as if it didn't recognize my data connection to the internet (it keeps saying there's no connection). All of my other apps connect just fine. I have tried many things to no avail:

- Logging out and back in

- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

- Editing APN info

Nothing has worked. This is very frustrating, and I'm kinda hating Spotify right now, so any help is appreciated. I'm running on Android.
