Cancel of change subscription part of the site is down

Hi, Id like to cancel my subscription (for now) but can't get this part of the web site... keeps saying 

We're all mixed up

Funnily every other part of the site is fine... even the update CC and receipts. 

Wont read too much into that but yeah.

I think this is an obvious ploy to get people to give up and reconsider unsubscribing.  It doesn't work from either URL's. https://www.spotify.com/au/account/cancel/ and https://www.spotify.com/au/account/subscription/change/
